Hyundai Dymos is an important supplier of auto parts made of plastics (complete seats for Hyundai cars), and also a producer of axles and transmissions for automotive, railway and defense industries.

Besides the home country Korea, its production facilities are located in 5 other countries and a research center is based in the USA.

PROCE55 solution was implemented in the plant in Nošovice, Czech Republic, to automate production and logistics processes, which cannot be covered by the standard ERP system (SAP), including providing the access for suppliers that are expected to make deliveries according to a “Just-In-Sequence” system.

As a result of this project, Hyundai Dymos gained a better production process overview, achieved inventory reduction, and is ready to implement rapid production process changes in the future. After only 6 weeks since the project launch, Hyundai Dymos was able to connect and integrate its now automated “Just-In-Sequence” logistics process and the web portal with its suppliers. Subsequently, WMS (Warehouse Management System) and chemical foamable line control were implemented (including ripening control).
